Team Collaboration
Invite team members and work together to monitor and secure your websites.
Working with Teams
WebVault Pro makes it easy to collaborate with your team on website monitoring and security. Invite developers, security engineers, and stakeholders to share access to your websites.
- Shared Websites - Give team members access to specific websites you manage
- Collaborative Monitoring - Everyone sees the same scan results and alerts
- Permission Control - Manage what actions team members can perform
Inviting Team Members
Follow these steps to invite someone to collaborate on a website.
Open Website Settings
Navigate to the website you want to share and go to the "Team" or "Sharing" section in the settings.
Enter Email Address
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They don't need to have a WebVault Pro account yet - they'll receive an invitation to create one.
Set Permissions
Choose what level of access the team member should have. You can adjust permissions at any time.
Send Invitation
Click "Invite" to send the invitation. The recipient will receive an email with a link to join your team.
Note

Managing Team Members
As an admin, you can manage your team members at any time.

- Remove Access - Revoke a team member's access to specific websites
- Transfer Ownership - Make another admin the primary owner of a website
Warning
Best Practices
- Use the minimum permission level needed for each team member's role
- Regularly review team access and remove inactive members
- Have at least two admins for critical websites to prevent lockouts
- Use team collaboration instead of sharing account credentials
- Communicate with your team about scan results and security findings
